	2 - How can I benefit from YAwork.com?
YAwork.com assist you in finding the best candidates either through the CV search or the job posts, but first you have to register on the website.

	3 - Can I post job vacancies for outside Syria?
Yes, you can post job vacancies where ever you want within any country you want, no matter where are you living in Syria or outside, then applicants can be Syrians, Arab or others.

4 - What is the difference between announcing a vacancy on your website and on other portals?

	5 - there any commission that the website could charge for the recruitment process?
Yawork.com does not charge any commissions for the recruitment process; it only charges companies for the vacancy posting service.

	6 - How can I browse the applicants for job posts?
You can browse the applicants for job posts through: The company search area, then “applicants wizard” so as to browse all applicants for all the posts. From the company search area, then “posts wizard” by clicking on the number of the applicants that is annexed to each posted job.

7 - What is the difference between directed posts and valid posts ?

After registering on the website, you can Post a job from the “ company area” then “post a job”.

	9 - What is the service of C.V. Search?
This service grants you the authority to have a look at the C.V.s available on the website and to select the most suitable of them. For more information you can have a look at the search instructions.
