The function of this website is to connect between companies on one hand and job seekers on the other, as it assists companies to access to CVs that are suitable to the requested post, and assist job seekers to apply to the suitable companies.
Job seekers can register free of charge on the website by logging in as a new user. A message will be sent to your e-mail containing the activation link.
After activating your account, at least ONE CV must be created to be able to apply for posted jobs.
It is Highly Recommended to activate a CV as the main one, this will help you appear in the search engine of the website. i.e when companies search for CVs.
During the CV building process, make sure to register all your professional experience and details about every one in a clear way, also add your scientific attainment, attended courses, languages and all the extra information requested in the process.

Sending Job Posts: Job seekers will be informed by e-mail about the availability of a job post suitable to their qualifications and experiences.Thus they can login to the website and apply for the posted jobs.
Search Engine: Job seeker can use our search engine to find job opportunities. As soon as a suitable one appears, you can apply to the vacancy.Yawork.com enables you to the "Job Finder" feature to save searches for certain job posts with the same crietria inorder to use them in the future. It also enables saving favorite posts to access them at a later stage.
Directed posts: Companies may require certain qualifications for a vacancy so they would prefer sending the vacancy to the suitable nominees directly. if your CV is complete, and fits the company's criteria you will receive a message containing a directed job post that you can apply to.
The Main CV:
The main CV is the chosen CV to appear when companies conduct a search via our search engine.
CV's other than the main CV shall not appear in the results of the search engine of the companies, but you can use them to apply for posted jobs.
Building more than one CV helps you choose the suitabke CV which highlights your strengths for a certain position.
Notes:
You can copy your CV to create and new one, also you can know how many times your CV has been viewed from the "CV Wizard" section.
You can withdraw your application from any vacancy that you have previously applied to from the "My Job Basket"section.
You will be notified in case a company has found your CV as unsuitable for the job vacancy.

The companies may register in the website free of charge by logging in as a new user and filling out the data related to the company, such as the contact information and general information about the company and the field of its work and services. 1. Job Post: Through their own accounts, the companies shall add a job post on the website. The job post shall contain important information about the vacant position and information about the specialization, years of experience, and the requested occupational tasks, and all that are related to the requested post. Searching for a C.V: The company could directly reach CV's The companies can get direct access to the CVs through the search engine of CVs by entering certain standards in the search engine. If we go back to the example of the need of the company to a secretary: • The company would enter: The job title: executive secretary, years of experience 3, Career: secretariat, Place of work: Syria, languages: English good and other requested information. • After clicking on SEARCH, the results according to the criteria are displayed, here companies could review those CV's free of charge but with no contact information. • In case companies would like to have access to the contact information, they would have to buy the requested CV through adding credits to its account to buy the CV's. • Notes: - Search criterion could be modified in case the desired results are not displayed like deleting some of the criteria. - The website allows using the benefit of "auto search" to save the CV search procedure according to the same criteria and to be able to use it in the future. - The website allows the possibility of saving the CV's to be able to return to it in the future. 3. The Directed Post: This method is characterized by the fact that the job post is not presented on the website directly, but rather it is directed specially to the jobseekers who are conformed to this post. • Where the information related to the requested post are entered. • Certain standards are assigned by sending the post to the jobseekers who are conformed to the standards of the company (After you call the Customer Service Department to activate the directed post). • At the end the jobseeker who received the post can send his CV to the company directly.
